Our vision is to have quality systems that give even small insurers and pools capabilities currently available only in much higher priced systems, or not even available in others' systems. Pinsoft LLC was formed for the purpose of developing and supporting Microsoft Windows based computer software for the property and casualty insurance industry. Pinsoft is derived from Property & Casualty INsurance SOFTware. Our product has been in rigorous development since January 2000. Our systems have been installed in numerous companies since May 2002.

Our development staff includes David Marchant, a CPA and software system developer since 1979 in the property and casualty insurance accounting industry. David has an MBA degree with an emphasis in information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a Certified Clarion Software Developer.

Gary Thoreson is an independent contractor with 32 years of programming experience using both Clarion and C# software languages.  Gary has been with Pinsoft since 2004. He was instrumental in developing the claim and check portions of Pinsoft and developed the web-based ESOV program for the Local Government Property Insurance Fund.

Melinda Gilliland has been providing Pinsoft customer support since February 2006.  Melinda brings with her 18 years of experience working in the mutual insurance industry.

Kimberly Marchant serves as office administrative assistant and quality control assistant. Kimberly has a BS in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  She has been at Pinsoft since July 2009 and has been gaining experience in Adagio General Ledger, Paymate Payroll Systems and Crystal Reports. 

Brian Vesperman began his association with Pinsoft as an independent contractor from 2007-2008.  He became a full-time Pinsoft employee in February 2010. Brian has developed the Pinsoft Agent Web Access & Quoting system.
